Tricia McCabe is a Professor of Speech Pathology at the University of Sydney. A central theme of her work is applying speech motor learning principles to the development of new treatments for severe speech disorders such as Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Combining theory, clinical innovation and real‑world experience, she created Rapid Syllable Transition Treatment - a scientifically robust intervention for CAS.
