I have built on this with my 15 years of hands-on experience. I've trialled my methods and courses with families and children just like yours. I know what works and what doesn't.

This gets to be effortless and fun. You will learn to use the strategies in your everyday life, without even thinking about them, and your child will ask to do the activities.

I know you're busy, so none of the videos are longer than five minutes. Most are between one to three minutes long. All have a printable handout to remind you what to do (or to read if you find it difficult to sit down to watch videos.)
