In this module, your child will begin to practice making the R sound at the beginning and in the middle of words. 

We will not focus on R at the end of words, as this tends not to be articulated as an R sound in New Zealand, Australian and many English dialects.

Watch the introduction video and then pick and choose the demonstration videos of the activities you and your child will enjoy doing together. There is a PDF file with suggested games and activities you can download as an addition or alternative to watching the demonstration videos in this module.

You do not need to watch all the videos and you do not need to play all the games. Just pick the ones you and your child want to do.

Your child may like to watch the demonstration videos with you to choose an activity.
