Supervision

Are you ready for supervision that makes your practice better and helps you grow both professionally and personally? You’ve come to the right place.

I’m Polly Newton - a Speech Language Therapist with almost two decades of hands-on experience working with children. I am the Expert Advisor for Speech Sound Disorders for the New Zealand Speech Language Therapist's Association. I have gained microcredentials in Supervision Skills and Peer Supervision from NZ Coaching and Mentoring.

I’ve created this supervision experience for Educators who are interested in being the best Teacher and human they can be. You want support that makes your brain go "YES!", your confidence grow, and your teaching practice feel systematic, highly targeted and evidence-based.

Supervision is practical and tailored to what you need at the time. I like to think of it as the space where clarity meets courage; where the “I’m not sure what to do next” turns into “I know exactly what to do now.” You’ll get expert guidance, a reflective space, honest feedback, and real-world strategies that support you right where you are in your career.

Whether you’re navigating tricky cases, growing and expanding your teaching reasoning, or just craving supervision that helps you move forward - this is it. This is much more than just fulfilling your requirements; you get support, connection, and incrementally much better at what you do.

Ready to feel confident, capable and inspired in your professional teaching skills? This is your supervision home. ✨
